World Family Day

15th of May is World Family Day and at Shuttle2Sun we would like to thank all those families who make their transfers with us.

We would also like to encourage all those families who have not yet visited the beautiful Catalan coast, to take advantage of this celebration to buy their flights to Costa Dorada, Barcelona or Costa Brava and book their transfers from the airport to their hotel with Shuttle2Sun. Enjoy the holidays you deserve, after these hard years we have lived!

For your next trip to the Catalan coast, here are 3 plans that you can do as a family, to bring you even closer together.

PortAventura Park, between Vilaseca and Salou

If you are traveling with your family to Costa Dorada, a stop you can’t miss is the incredible amusement park PortAventura Park. In addition to its impressive rides such as Shambhala, Dragon Khan and Furius Baco, which will get your heart racing, PortAventura Park offers a wide variety of fun shows to see with the little ones.

Ciudadela Park, in Barcelona

An ideal family plan if you’re visiting the city of Barcelona is to see the city’s best-known park: Ciudadela Park (or Parc de la Ciutadella, as the locals say). This park is in Ciutat Vella district and its origins date back to the 19th century. The park stands out for its grandiose fountain – you can’t leave without taking a family selfie there! There is also an area with a lake where you can rent boats with paddles, and beautiful green areas where you can lie down and have a snack.

Tossa de Mar Castle

Visiting the Costa Brava, from Girona, with children, or with your siblings? The emblematic castle of Tossa de Mar, located on the Passeig de Vila Vella, is a must-see. This splendid 12th century castle has large, fortified walls, several towers and a courtyard, and is beautiful to see both during the day and at night with its enchanting illumination.

If you’ve never been to Catalonia with the family before, what are you waiting for? At Shuttle2Sun we’ll take care of your transfer from the airport to the hotel, so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest!
