Sabor Salou, a gastronomic party by the sea

Salou’s gastronomic calendar
Salou, in collaboration with the town’s Associació d’Empresaris d’Hostaleria, has organised a very complete gastronomic calendar that will allow you to enjoy its culinary creations throughout the year.
This May, the Bluefish Days will be launched, an initiative that will allow you to taste this local product of excellent quality. From the 14th to the 30th of June, we will once again see the Gastrotour, a tapas (snacks) route through the town’s restaurants, eagerly awaited by the people of Salou.
After the summer, in October and November, the Squid Gastronomic Days, a classic event on Salou’s calendar, will be held to highlight one of the town’s star products, the squid. This event coincides with the traditional Squid Festival, a fishing competition that revolves around this mollusc.
On Halloween, Passeig Jaume I will once again be the setting for another of the most popular gastronomic events of the year, the Salouweeen Street, a great festival which this year celebrates its third edition, and which combines gastronomy and oenology, together with music and a good atmosphere. An excellent proposal to enjoy the most terrifying nights of the year, during a whole weekend, from the 1st to the 3rd of November.
Finally, the gastronomic calendar will close with the Christmas Vermouths, from the 5th to the 22nd of December. This is the new proposal for 2024, which will offer some very special aperitifs to welcome Christmas.
