The fireworks of Blanes

Fancy watching the biggest international firework competition in Europe? If the answer is yes, Shuttle2Sun takes you to a fantastic location and, of course, it has a beach so you can make the most of your experience on Costa Brava.

This year 2022 the 50th Costa Brava International Firework Competition will be held, taking advantage of the town festivity held in honour of Santa Ana and San Joaquín.

It is very common that every year more than half a million visitors attend this event, marvelling at the fireworks launched from the sea, on the rock of Sa Palomera, which separates the two beaches of the town in the bay of Blanes.

The competition will be held from the 22nd to the 26th of July, so, for these days, we cannot think of a better way than to sit on the beach of Blanes on one of its summer nights and admire the beauty of the fireworks as they illuminate the sky with lights and colours.

This competition has become a tradition for the town, having started in 1971 and having established itself as a prestigious competition for participants from all over the world.

Book your transfer to Blanes from Barcelona airport or Reus airport with Shuttle2Sun and enjoy this magical experience seeing the Costa Brava sky as you have never seen it before!
