Gaudí Golf Club – Reus
Formerly known as Club de Golf de Aigüesverds, it is now called Gaudí Golf Club. Located in Reus, this club is only 10 minutes from the Reus airport. In addition, if your accommodation is in the city of Reus you can take the opportunity to visit it as the city is known for its famous people such as the architect Antoni Gaudí and the painter Marià Fortuny. This 18-hole, par 71 course, has very gentle slopes that allow you to play on foot. The course is surrounded by lakes, bunkers and the narrowness of some of its fairways, making it ideal for any type of player, beginner or experienced.
It also hosts various tournaments and events, as well as an 8-hole course: the Pitch & Putt, ideal for learning the basics of golf. It is worth mentioning that the venue also offers FootGolf. This fun fusion between football and golf consists of getting the ball into the hole with as few shots as possible.
Infinitum – La Pineda-Salou
Up to 170 hectares dedicated to three golf courses with 45 holes and two clubhouses. These are the facilities of Infinitum. It is located in La Pineda, a very good location if your aim is to be close to the sea and beaches. The Lakes course is located in the middle of nature and around different wetlands, having 18 holes. On the other hand, 9 holes make up the Ruins course, set among archaeological ruins. Finally, another 18 holes can be played on the Hills course, distributed among quarries, pine forests and the sea. These magnificent courses are located just over an hour from Barcelona Airport.
Costa Daurada Golf Club – Tarragona
Costa Daurada Golf Club has 18 holes and is a par 72, with a course located in a Mediterranean setting. Its facilities have a combination of very technical holes, with water, dog-legs and large bunkers, with other links-style holes.
It also has an old Catalan farmhouse which now functions as a restaurant specialising in Catalan food, located in the highest part of the club. This centre has many other activities apart from golf, such as Pitch & Putt, paddle tennis, tennis, mountain biking and a gym provided by the DiR chain. It is located just 25 minutes from the AVE Camp de Tarragona train station.
Golf Pitch & Putt – Cambrils
This Pitch & Putt course is located in Mas Gallau, 5 minutes from Cambrils. It has at its disposal 9 holes with a double tee, ideal for beginner golfers making their first strokes, as well as for more experienced golfers looking to perfect their technique. This centre offers a reduced version of the length of a full golf course, but with the same difficulties. It contains sandy areas, trees, lakes and 18 different distances with an attractive design for all levels.
It also has a practice course for a long game, putting area, chipping and a golf school to attend lessons and improve your stroke.
Bonmont Golf Club – Mont-Roig del Camp
In the town of Mont-Roig del Camp is the Bonmont golf club, with 18 holes, par 72, with incredible views of the surrounding area. The course is made up of natural contours with cliffs, lakes, bridges and tree formations. As such, it has demanding open fairways and tricky greens that will test your golfing skills. This golf club also has Pitch & Putt services, golf school and a restaurant located in the Club House in the upper area of the course.
La Graiera Golf Club – Calafell
Located 30 minutes north of Tarragona and 45 minutes south of Barcelona is the La Graiera golf course in Calafell. It has 18 holes par 72 and views of the green areas, the mountains and the sea. This golf course is designed for all levels with 3 lakes, forests integrated into the course, undulations and local flora and fauna… It also has a driving range and 2 putting greens to perfect your swing.
