La Pedrera Night Experience, a spectacle of lights and colours
La Pedrera Night Experience is a unique activity in Barcelona that allows visitors to explore Casa Milà, also known as La Pedrera, at night. This iconic modernist building, designed by Antoni Gaudí, is transformed at nightfall into a spectacle of light and sound that enhances its unique architecture.
During the visit, you can tour different areas of the building, including the impressive warriors’ rooftop, known for its original shaped chimneys and fans. The experience culminates with videomapping, an audiovisual show on the rooftop, where light and sound projections will captivate you. After the show, you can enjoy a glass of cava and sweets in the Patio de las Mariposas.
Tickets can be purchased in advance, and early booking is recommended due to the popularity of the show.
Maristas La Inmaculada School, under candlelight
The Colegio de Maristas La Inmaculada in Barcelona is transformed into the setting for the best classical music concerts in the city this summer.
This is the Candlelight show, very popular all over the world, which offers attendees an immersive and intimate experience, under the light of hundreds of candles, in a unique, neo-Gothic style setting.
In this case, the performances will take place outdoors, taking advantage of the good weather. This August there are three different concerts: Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, on 17 August; a tribute to Ludovico, on 24 August; and a tribute to Coldplay, on 31 August.
Other venues in Barcelona are also hosting more Candlelight shows. You can buy your tickets in advance on this website.
