Camp de Tarragona AVE station is located about 8 kilometres north of Tarragona, between the municipalities of Perafort and La Secuita, surrounded by Tarragona, Reus and Valls. The nearest airport is Reus, 19 kilometres away. 

It was inaugurated at the end of 2006, being a high-speed train station that connects with Madrid, Zaragoza, Barcelona and the French border, making it a good option for visitors coming to Costa Dorada
